You will be responsible for
:
* Scheduling plant maintenance to ensure minimum asset downtime and increase asset availability
* Supporting shutdown activities by providing consistent quality work orders in a timely fashion
* Optimising plant availability, reliability, performance, and safety through planned maintenance strategies
* Improving maintenance performance through development and modification of maintenance activities and schedules
* Keeping the company dedicated CMMS up to date with effective maintenance plans and procedures
* Maintaining effective interaction with the maintenance and production departments
* Actively develop a culture of teamwork and development within Planning and Shutdown Teams
About You
This role would suit a Mechanical Planner with previous experience in CMMS within a fixed plant/refinery environment who is looking for job security and career opportunities. You will also have:
* An Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification/s (preferred)
* Your current and valid manual Australian Driver’s licence
* Thorough knowledge of modern maintenance planning and scheduling philosophies
* Proven ability to plan and schedule for multiple areas and disciplines
* Practiced trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments
* Adaptable computer skills with the ability to use a CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite
