Novocure is seeking a dynamic and energetic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) EMEA to provide both strategic and operational HR support across the organization. This key role will collaborate closely with business leaders and managers to understand their objectives and ensure alignment with the company’s overall business strategy.
The HRBP will drive HR initiatives that support a variety of functions, including talent management, employee engagement, compliance with Swiss labour laws, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership: Work closely with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and key priorities. Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
2. Talent Management: Support the full talent lifecycle, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management. Develop and implement strategies for employee onboarding, development, and career growth.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR matters. Resolve employee concerns, manage conflict, and lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, creating a positive and productive work environment.
4. Compensation & Benefits: Advise on compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness within the Swiss market and alignment with company goals.
5. Change Management: Lead or assist with organizational change efforts by coaching managers through transitions and ensuring effective communication of changes to employees.
6. Learning & Development: Identify training needs and collaborate on the creation and delivery of learning programs designed to enhance employee skills and competencies.
7. HR Compliance: Ensure HR practices are fully aligned with Swiss labor laws and regulations. Stay informed on the latest changes in employment legislation.
8. Data-Driven HR: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to provide insights that drive decision-making and evaluate the impact of HR initiatives across the organization.
9. HR Projects & Initiatives: Lead or contribute to key HR projects, helping define, implement, and optimize HR processes across various functions.
Qualifications & Knowledge:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or HR Fachfrau/Fachmann with a Swiss Federal Diploma (eidgenössischem Fachausweis).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Partnering role.
3. In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in at least one local language (German, French, or Italian).
5. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
6. Experience in coaching and providing guidance to managers at all organizational levels.
7. HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is advantageous.
8. Experience working within a multicultural or matrixed organization is a plus.
9. Familiarity with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
