For our Enterprise Transformation team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Manager in Business Technology located in our Zurich Office (m/f/d)
As a Manager in Business Technology, you have a central position in supporting senior IT executives in the definition and the implementation of complex IT transformation programs. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of projects, including crafting organization-wide cloud strategies, implementing agile methodologies at scale, defining IT strategy, and overseeing substantial programs.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients stay at the forefront of innovation, assessing the potential of emerging technologies and their impacts on organizations.
Your deep understanding of IT challenges will be key to help our clients make well-informed technology decisions that align with their overall business goals and even revolutionize their business models.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop unique approaches to address client needs, objectives, and challenges.
Lead and oversee multiple consulting projects simultaneously.
Supervise and mentor a team of consultants.
Evaluate clients' existing technology systems and infrastructure.
Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Recommend technology solutions that align with client objectives.
Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Seek opportunities to enhance consulting methodologies.
Drive innovation and improvement within the consulting practice.

Minimum Requirements: Academic excellence : Outstanding bachelor's or master's degree in Business and/or Information Technology.
Industry knowledge : 4 to 7 years of practical project experience in digital transformation in at least one of the following industries: Financial Services, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Sciences.
Consulting experience : 4+ years of strong consulting experience with project management and/or change management skills.
Conceptual talent : Rational thinking with a structured work style and the ability to link business, strategy, and IT processes.
Communication skills : Fluency in English and German (Zurich/Basel) or French (Lausanne/Geneva) is mandatory (minimum C1 level).
Leadership experience : Proven leadership skills with high emotional intelligence.
Digital affinity : Very good MS Office skills.
Cultural fit: High reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm.
Flexibility in terms of location : Willingness to work at customer sites, from Capgemini Invent offices, and at home.
