Job Title: Training Management Process Owner
About the Role:
In Roche’s Pharmaceutical Research and Early Development organisation (pRED), we make transformative medicines for patients to tackle some of the world's toughest unmet healthcare needs. As a key member of the Strategy, Portfolio & Operations (SPO) team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end process of managing training assignments across pRED.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Training Management: Lead and oversee the entire training management process, ensuring that training assignments are optimized for the right job profiles, roles, and skills across pRED.
- Matrix Leadership: Serve as the matrix leader for Cornerstone admins in SPO, ensuring consistent practices across teams and implementing governance on the use of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Drive collaboration with Learning Specialists: Actively partner with learning specialists in DTA and Global Functions to align training programs with organizational objectives, ensuring training relevance, compliance, and accessibility.
- Learning Community Development: Build and nurture a dynamic learning community across pRED by engaging Learning Ambassadors and fostering knowledge sharing, innovation, and best practice exchange.
- Training Alignment and Optimization: Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure training content is accurately mapped to job profiles and development needs, driving more applicable learning outcomes.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a learning environment, with a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Proven experience in leading training management processes within a complex matrix environment.
- Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Cornerstone, and ability to provide guidance and governance on system use.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
