Digitalization, IoT, cloud based and data driven solution trends are establishing in the medical devices industry. For us at Medela, this is a key driver for new types of value and solutions that we can provide to our users and customers in the hospital, caregiver and consumer space alike. In this newly created role, reporting directly to our CTO, you will be responsible for defining the strategic roadmap, developing, implementing, and managing platform solutions and connectivity technologies.

This is your impact
* Technical Solution Owner of the digital portfolio, managing and prioritizing the innovation backlogs to create business value and support user needs
* In close collaboration with Portfolio Management, further develop our strategic roadmap, aligning IoT and cloud initiatives with broader business goals
* Seek and identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage, based on industry trends and landscape
* Oversee key collaborations and partnerships for all development within the digital ecosystem portfolio, ensuring an effective innovation funnel within the area
* Ensure that IoT solutions adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security guidelines
* Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the organization to explore new solutions while managing and enhancing existing digital solutions
What you bring along
* University degree in a technical field (MSc or MBA preferred)
* Proven experience in cloud and digital solution management (medical device or life science is preferred)
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders and colleagues
* Very good understanding of customer needs and market trends
* Strategic mindset, solution orientation and a good portion of pragmatism
