To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a Junior IT Support 1st Level .
Missions
Act as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries from internal employees
Analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software issues (PCs, printers)
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and IT devices
Document support requests and solutions in a ticketing system
Support IT projects and the implementation of new software and technologies
Regularly maintain and update IT inventory and meeting rooms
Profile
Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or equivalent experience
Initial experience in IT support or a similar role is advantageous
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office
Strong service orientation and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and enjoy solving technical problems
