1. Manage and motivate a team of 12-15 people to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experience.
2. Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
3. Drive store performance by managing stock, budgeting, and maximizing sales opportunities.
4. Hire, train, and mentor staff to build a cohesive and high-performing team.
5. Ensure every customer has a fantastic shopping experience.
6. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
Your Profile:
* A proven track record in retail management and leading teams to success.
* Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage effectively.
* Understanding of store operations, cost control, and KPI achievement.
* Genuine interest in latest trends and exceptional customer service.
* Proactive and ready to take initiative in overcoming challenges.
* Fluency in Swiss German and English is essential (additional languages are a plus).
