Job Description:
Key Requirements and Skills:
* Minimum 5+ years of IT experience with a strong background in banking and wealth management.
* Familiarity with REST services and SQL.
* Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and participation in Agile ceremonies.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
* Excellent communication skills in French and English.
* Prior experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Puppet, and Bamboo is advantageous.
* Knowledge of FNZ Studio and solution rollout experience across multiple countries is beneficial.
* Certification in FNZ Full Developer training is required prior to joining the team.
* University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Residency in Switzerland or willingness to relocate is essential.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct functional analysis for various projects focusing on evolution and maintenance within Workflows domain.
* Gather and analyze business requirements from relevant business lines ensuring clear communication and documentation.
* Develop and iterate functional specifications using Agile methodologies.
* Provide third-level support for production incidents and continuously improve architectural limitations.
* Define and execute functional test cases to validate proposed solutions.
* Lead acceptance testing and provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities.
* Manage and document production incidents and user support requests requiring business analysis expertise.
* Support development teams on best practices and propose innovative solutions to improve existing architectures.
* Collaborate with solutions and enterprise architects to align technical solutions with architectural vision.
* Participate in design and implementation of system integrations considering infrastructure aspects.
