My duties and responsibilities will include:Greet guests on arrival and conduct check-in and registration procedures in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.Check and set up the daily operations of the Male / Female changing area according to standards.Assist rest of team to ensure that they can perform their services professionally and accurately in a timely manner.Check and revise all public areas ensuring they are kept as per standards.Greet the guest upon entering the Spa/fitness area.Serve water and cold/warm towel to the guest upon arrival.Provide service promptly, courteously and accurately.Request and collect stock and supply in accordance with minimum stock levels.Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the section and work unit.Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are followed as per standards.Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition.Prepare ginger tea and other juices which are served in the Spa/Fitness.Carry out when required stock count, both retail and professional stock.Monitor usage of products.Achieve individual and group targets in sales as required, as well as promoting the upselling of spa treatments, products, packages, special promotions and Visiting Experts Calendar.Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements.Ensure the privacy of guests, partners and residential owners, applying an extra level of protection to any sensitive personal data and using confidential information only to perform my job.Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.Upsell all property facilities and activities.Attend meetings and training as required.Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.Perform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor/management.
