Job Expectations:
* To be a fast learner. This position does not require a law degree – you will not be giving legal advice. Instead, you will help potential clients understand our services so they can make informed decisions.

* To be comfortable explaining fee structures and financial obligations to potential clients.
* To follow up with potential clients regarding office procedures and policies.
Responsibilities:
* You must be confident, articulate, and diplomatic, yet willing to speak frankly when needed, with high emotional intelligence and understanding.
* You must have experience building sales teams and increasing performance through coaching.
* You must be comfortable vetting and interviewing candidates for the sales team and managing all aspects of the recruitment process.
* You must bring potential new clients to the point of signing an engagement letter with us or having a strategy session.
* You must be self-motivated to achieve your professional and personal goals.
* You must collect more in-depth information about potential clients and the matters they need help with.
* You must follow our guidelines on communicating with potential clients in the most effective manner.
* You must assure potential clients that our attorneys and staff will be able to help them.
* You must show compassion for their troubles.
* This is a remote position available for the right candidate.
Qualifications:
* You must have management experience with a team of at least 2 sales professionals.
* You must be able to track and record statistics regarding sales and marketing.
* You must be able to interact with new and existing clients to sell and upsell legal services.
* You must work with our intake team to onboard new clients.
* You must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
* You must be able to attend workshops and training to better your sales education.
* You must meet with our Operations Manager and Owner on a monthly basis to review statistics and reports.
Compensation:
$85,000 - $150,000+ Total Annual Compensation
