Your Role The Global Air Logistics Training Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge within BU Air. This globally open position requires a leader with a strong background in the industry, deep expertise in Air Logistics, and proven experience in team management. The role ensures alignment with organizational goals, fosters a culture of continuous learning, and drives the creation of effective learning solutions. You’ll identify training needs, design impactful programs, and equip the workforce with the skills needed to achieve business objectives and excel in their roles.
Your Responsibilities Manage and develop the Air Logistics Business Unit training team.
Implement a demand identification process to align training needs with relevant departments.
Drive the training organization to develop content, choose effective formats, design sessions, keep content updated, and promote programs.
Lead initiatives to improve training efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain and update learning paths in the training system.
Ensure team members are properly trained to deliver sessions.
Provide regular reports on training outcomes, feedback, and improvements.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Your Skills and Experiences At least 2 years of experience in Air Logistics and international experience.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs within a business unit or corporate environment, including roles like Training Director or Training Manager in large organizations.
Ability to assess training needs and create effective, results-driven solutions, with strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with at least 2 years of Project Management experience.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
Fluent in English.
