Senior Lecturer (MER2) in Qualitative Methods in Psychology Start Date: 01.08.2025 (to be agreed)
Contract Length: 6 years renewable
Activity Rate: 50%
Workplace: University of Lausanne, Dorigny, 1015 Lausanne
Responsibilities Teaching (42%): Five hours a week of teaching throughout the year at Master’s level. Additionally, supervision of Master’s dissertations (12%).
Research (7%): This is primarily a teaching post and is not aimed at promoting the next generation of academics. Research time should be dedicated to work in the field of qualitative psychology. It is expected that the post-holder will be affiliated with one of the research centres in the Institute of Psychology (IP).
Administrative Responsibilities (1%): In accordance with statutory requirements and in the name of collegiality, the post-holder will take on any administrative tasks that may be assigned to them by the Institute.
Required Skills - Doctorate in psychology or equivalent qualification;
- Academic teaching experience;
- Expertise in qualitative research methods in psychology;
- Clinical and/or field experience in psychology;
- Ability to teach in French.
