About the Role
This person is responsible for providing methodology and tools to manage IT within the Forbo Group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the IT project portfolio by overseeing multiple projects from initiation to delivery.
* IT contract management, ensuring that all contracts are up-to-date and aligned with company goals.
* Lead in global IT budget and controlling process, maintaining financial discipline and adhering to established guidelines.
* Define and maintain IT standards for enterprise architecture, ensuring a consistent and secure environment.
* Manage the IT documentation lifecycle, including policies, guidelines, and standards, to ensure clarity and accessibility.
* Maintain the eLearning tool for cybersecurity awareness, providing employees with essential training and knowledge.
* Periodical analysis of IT benchmarks, comparing company performance with industry standards and identifying areas for improvement.
* Ensure the quality of IT relevant master data, guaranteeing accuracy and integrity throughout the organization.
* Spearhead the ICS (internal control system), control objectives, and ensure assessment for corporate IT, promoting a culture of compliance and risk management.
* Monitor IT performance measurement, tracking key metrics and making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Additional PMO Tasks:
* Manage milestones and dependency plans on program level, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
* Review overall program progress, analyzing schedule and cost metrics, project/program plan risks, and issues to identify potential obstacles.
* Approve remedial actions/solutions to escalated risks/issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate their impact.
* Present integrated management report to respective committees, providing stakeholders with critical insights and recommendations.
Your Profile:
* University degree in computer science or similar, complemented by professional qualifications.
* Relevant experience in corporate IT, preferably in a leadership or management role.
* Experience with project management methodologies (PRINCE2 or PMI/PMP), applying structured approaches to drive project success.
* Solid experience with ITIL (information technology infrastructure library) or Cobit frameworks, understanding industry best practices and standards.
* Good understanding of IT processes and business drivers, recognizing how technology can support organizational goals.
* Experience with business process and enterprise architecture modeling tools in a SAP environment, an asset for this role.
* Knowledge with LMS eLearning tools, able to design and implement effective training programs.
* Experience in working with workflow tools like K2 Nintex or Basware, helpful in streamlining business processes.
