For our client we are looking for a Customer Service - Life Science (m/f/d) - 80%.
As a Customer Service - Life Science, you act as a point of contact for our customer and are responsible for the coordination of the maintenance mainly performed by different vendors.
Tasks and responsibilities
* Deliver all service activities at customer site in Solothurn region as a single point of contact including installation, repair, maintenance, and qualification for the equipment.
* General customer support (supplier escorting and support during their visits, monthly performance checks on non-customer equipment according to customers curricula, tool management/shipment (i.e., pipettes: collection, shipment and redistribution).
* Proactively support the lab environment, coordinate, and work with outside vendors. To be the intermediary between the client and the supplier.
* Build and maintain a working relationship with Lab Owners, IT Teams, and management.
* Support the customers with the writing and review of internal procedures.
* GMP document review i.e. FSR and qualification documents IQ, OQ, PQ.
* Handle the customer’s electronic maintenance management system CMMS and other software’s as LIMS, Citrix, Empower and Kneat.
* Analysis of instrument failures.
* Assures alignment of all activities at the customer site with the rest of TMO and advises other part of TMO of important information with respect to our customers (e.g., information about new purchases to sales/lead generation).
* Onboard and train new colleagues to our company and customer processes.
Must Haves
* Apprenticeship as Lab technician or a degree in Life Sciences
* 1-2 years of GMP experience
* LIMS, Citrix, Empower is a plus
* Strong maintenance background
* Client facing experience preferred
