AWS Global Sales drives revenue, adoption, and growth from small- to enterprise-level customers. We seek experienced technologists with technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to partner with large companies and craft highly scalable cloud architectures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure success in migrating applications and services to the AWS platform.
2. Formulate and execute a strategy as part of the account management team.
3. Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in architectural discussions to ensure successful deployment.
4. Conduct enablement sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or using AWS.
5. Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community.
6. Author or contribute to customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, blogs, workshops, and others.
7. B Foster deep relationships with senior technical stakeholders within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.
8. Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in specific technology domains (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures
5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries
Knowledge of AWS services
AWS Certification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working directly in customer implementations
Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
