Responsibilities: Summary of the Role:
Experienced in clinical / medical affairs within the cardiovascular interventional space (coronary and/or peripheral).
Strong wish, ambition and experience in searching for and reading through medical literature and summarizing key information.
Performs Excel-based basic analytics and context summaries (tables and graphs) related to clinical data from key studies of interest.
Synthesize and communicates in an effective manner key highlights for both internal (commercial) and external stakeholders (HCPs).
Develops story-telling presentations with key messages for external stakeholders (HCPs), strong driver of the Cordis Medical Faculty Education (MFE) program.
Develops and maintains an up-to-date clinical slide library, aligning with internal functions: clinical/medical affairs, marketing. Ensures content is uploaded onto MFE platform (in collaboration with the MFE assistant project manager).
Coordinates podium presence for international congresses in the international region, proposing agendas/objectives/speakers in coordination with profed and marketing colleagues.
Supports on-site priority congresses with Cordis-influenced podium presence, ensuring presentations are reviewed following Cordis copy-clearance process when relevant, and supporting with the execution of sponsored programs of Cordis in collaboration with ProfEd.
Occasionally supports the organization and execution of professional education programs (in cath labs, at training centers, during the conferences).
Qualifications: What you will need:
Bachelors or masters degree or equivalent.
Experience in either one or more of interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, endovascular surgery fields.
Experience in clinical communications (>2 years), previous contact with HCP-KOLs, marketing, or sales within the medical device industry.
Excellent communication skills: oral and written.
Experience in virtual content management portals; will need to create this as priority.
Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time predominantly in EMEA and APAC countries.
A strong command of English + additional language a plus (Spanish, German, Chinese, preferred).
