ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support our growth in Switzerland. The successful candidate will straddle both business requirements and technology implementations to deliver IT Service Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and shape the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform and collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants.
2. Act as a trusted Technical Advisor / Expert.
3. Implement complex functionalities using the front-end and back-end capabilities of ServiceNow.
4. Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using technologies like SOAP and REST Webservices.
5. Produce technical documentation.
6. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years' experience as an IT developer and 3 years' experience on ServiceNow.
2. Experience in consulting external customers.
3. Strong experience in the full life cycle of Software Development.
4. Extensive experience on technical implementations of various ServiceNow modules.
5. In Depth knowledge on ITSM application processes.
6. Expertise in design and development on the ServiceNow CMDB.
7. Scripting proficiency in ServiceNow Client Scripts.
8. Fluent in English and German.
