For our Asset Management activities in Switzerland, we are looking to hire a:
Sales / Business Manager* Asset Management, Geneva
Your role in the team:
Berenberg offers an extraordinary opportunity for a sales profile to join our team during an important and exciting phase of its growth. You will be part of an energetic environment with quick decision-making processes, allowing rapid and significant career progression.
The International Sales Team, located between Geneva, Paris, Zurich and London, aims to develop the Asset Management activities outside Germany, covering both institutional and wholesale clients. The goal is to establish Berenberg in the asset management industry for products such as European equities, private debt and protected equities.
What will you do?
1. Coordinate the sales activities and the different sales channels: Berenberg works with external sales teams in several locations around the globe – you will be a member of the committee in charge of animating and monitoring their activities.
2. Organize and coordinate roadshows.
3. Gather information from the different strategies.
4. Animation and coordination of the press activities.
5. Completion of administrative tasks where necessary.
Who are we looking for?
1. Academic track record from a reputable university.
2. Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous way of working and team spirit.
3. Practical mentality with a flexible and pro-active approach.
4. Interest in financial markets, especially Equities.
5. Fluent in spoken and written English and French – German is a plus.
6. Experience in sales or first experience in asset Management is a plus.
