We are looking for an Infrastructure Architect for one of our clients, headquartered in Switzerland. This person will be responsible for designing and maintaining the IT/OT infrastructure that would support our Clients development and manufacturing operations.

Description:
Infrastructure & System Design: Responsible for designing large-scale, resilient, and high-performance infrastructure. Experience with key frameworks to ensure the infrastructure meets business needs and delivers maximum efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensures infrastructure aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements, keeping systems audit-ready and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Automation & Tools Management: Automates deployments and system configurations using various tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python) and manages continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline operations.
Security & Networking: Focus on securing the infrastructure with expertise in networking protocols, security frameworks, and managing risk within regulated environments.
Performance & Incident Management: Utilizes observability and monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and performance. Manages incident responses and capacity planning to optimize infrastructure performance.
Collaboration & Documentation: Works with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals, ensuring effective documentation and adherence to best practices in infrastructure management.
Responsibilities:
Leading a team of direct reports, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality infrastructure delivery.
Overseeing budget management, including financial planning and tracking of infrastructure costs.
Developing and implementing disaster recovery, high-availability, and business continuity strategies.
Ensuring that the infrastructure meets scalability, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
Working closely with cross-functional teams (IT, security, regulatory) to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Skills:
Experience in IT leadership roles focused on infrastructure design and management.
Proficient in automation, DevOps practices, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Proven experience working with globally distributed teams and senior leadership.
In-depth knowledge of security protocols and frameworks for infrastructure management.
