Raw Material Production Planner H/F
As a Raw Material and Production Planner in our Planning department, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Ingredients manufactured in several production sites and you will also manage raw materials for our manufacturing plant of Vernier while optimizing inventory and service levels.
Reporting to the Fragrance Ingredients Planning Team lead, your main responsibilities will be the following:
Management of finished ingredients:
You will be in charge of ensuring the continuous availability of our manufactured Ingredients for both our internal use and external clients. To ensure a continuous availability of materials, and an optimal level of stocks, you will collaborate closely with our scheduling team, and other key Departments such as Ingredients Production, Quality, Customer Care, Logistics, Global Planning and Procurement.
You will also manage a portfolio of Ingredients manufactured in other regions, to ensure supplies for the Compounding Production, as well as our other Compounding Production sites all around the world.
In this "Make to stock" environment, you might need to perform global allocations if the situation requires it. Part of our portfolio is under VMI management and is necessary to ensure supplies of the affiliates around the world by creating and following stock transfer orders.
Management of raw materials:
You will ensure the continuous availability of raw materials required for the Production, in accordance with production schedules, and with the aim of securing and optimizing the production plan. Our portfolio includes several types of supply management such as: bulk, VMI, subcontracted materials, multipack management. Solving and escalating issues related to your portfolio will be part of your responsibility.

Your professional profile includes:
- University degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, etc.;
- Min. 2 years of experience in supply chain;
- Fluent in English / French;
- Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (Desired SAP, BI, BOA);
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise;
- APICS certification an asset.
