Responsibilities
* Market Analysis: Assess current trends, property values, and competitive landscape to determine optimal pricing and sales strategies.
* Property Enhancement: Oversee repairs, staging, and necessary improvements to enhance marketability.
* Comprehensive Marketing: Develop and execute plans to attract potential buyers, including listings, marketing materials, and property showings.
* Potential Buyer Identification: Identify and contact prospects through networking, outreach campaigns, and building relationships with brokers.
* Prospect Management: Manage prospects and maintain communication via daily CRM utilization to refresh and remain focused until transactions are finalized.
Qualifications
* Excellent Communication Skills: Written, verbal, and on-phone proficiency.
* Passion for Real Estate Sales: Enthusiastic attitude and goal-oriented personality.
* Real Estate Experience: 1+ years as a specialist in acquisitions, dispositions, land acquisition, or other real estate sales experience.
* Relationship Building: Able to build long-term relationships.
