Your role
Would you like to help us assure an excellent onboarding of our B4B custody clients? Are youfortable working in an international environment, collaborative and experienced to work cross-functionally?
We're looking for a Custody Migration Specialist to:
• act as the main point of contact for Financial Institutions; introducing them to UBS custody products and services; guiding them through the onboarding; understanding requirements and developing tailored solutions for them
• manage and coordinate the custody onboarding of UBS Custody clients inclusive of product setup, coordination of securities migration by liaising with our settlements teams, the external custodians and counterparties
• proactively and independently manage cases with strong risk focus and dealing with urgent escalations
• CS Integration - participate as Client Servicing Representative in the project
• collaborate with main stakeholders and partners in the Settlement and Hedge Funds Teams, in the Client Servicing teams but also in our IT and automation departments and within the Relationship Management teams
Your team
You'll be working in the Client Servicing Custody Bank team in Zurich-Altstetten. We will support the street-side-migration of the different international operational entities of Credit Suisse. We will help with a variety of assignments, ranging from transferring their security holdings to UBS' custodians and helping as a one-stop-shop with their ongoing support enquiries (covering all operational functions). The Client Servicing Team is 40 members strong with very knowledgeable and experienced colleagues. We support hybrid way of working. After you havepleted your trial period successfully, you will be able to work from home partially.

Your expertise
• at least three years of subject matter expertise in corporate actions processing experience
• experience in various operational functions ( Settlement, Corporate Action & Ie Processing, ...)
• strongmunication skills
• high degree of service orientation
•fortable to work in a operational context that is constantly evolving and shaping
• strong team player that is an eager learner, shares knowledge and empowers others
• fluent in English and German is a must
