About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our security transformation programs, focusing on solving clients' complex challenges through Transformation initiatives. This role involves delivering Supply chain, OT, IAM, and Managed Services Transformation programmes on a global scale, advising clients on Target Operating model definitions for IT-OT convergence, and building a winning team to drive growth in this area.

This position requires strong leadership and business development skills, with experience in developing strategic client relationships that deliver value to our people and stakeholders.
You will influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships that add value to the firm and our clients, fostering a culture of trust and partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver large-scale security transformation projects via Transformation programs
* Advise clients on Target Operating models for IT-OT convergence
* Build a winning team to drive growth in the security space
* Create an environment where people and technology thrive together
* Develop strategic client relationships that deliver value to our people and stakeholders
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, or Industrial Products
* Strong communication, consulting, and persuasion skills
* Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
* Expertise in delivering complex security transformation projects
* Collaborate with IT, Risk, Manufacturing, and Security teams
* Build strategic relationships with clients and vendors
* Experience with cybersecurity functions (e.g., OT Security, supply chain, incident response) and regulations (NIS2, EU CRA)
* Leadership and business development experience in multi-cultural environments
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Knowledge of industry standards (IEC-62243, NIST CS)
* Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, etc.) beneficial
