Job Description:
Your Responsibilities
1. You lead implementation, optimization, and maintenance of quality-relevant tools such as CAQ system, SPC, FMEA tool, Problem solving, Deviation Process.
2. You build up expert knowledge in Q methods, expanding, optimizing, and developing it continuously for company-specific tasks, including SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, 8D, and Six Sigma methods.
3. You define and develop company-wide standards in Q methods, processes, and tools, including Controls Plans, traceability, and deviation process.
4. You train and support users of the software.
5. You are in charge of independent processing and management during the introduction of an ERP/CAQ software in the quality area.
6. You set up performance indicators, cross-functional dashboards, and their digitalization to optimize decision-making processes and responsiveness on various quality issues.
7. You define, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators to ensure the highest quality standards.
8. You are responsible for all projects and solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and productivity of industrial activities and teams within the production site.
9. You realize the planning and monitoring of the activity associated budget, project resources, and investments needed.
10. You construct regular reporting to management of ongoing projects, as well as escalate blocking points, critical issues, and foreseen delays.
Your Profile
1. You have successfully completed your studies in the field of mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
2. You have completed technical training and further training, such as software development or industrial automation.
3. You possess very good knowledge of production (control) systems, project management, and excellent IT knowledge of ERP systems and other production support systems.
4. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of production and/or QMS/CAQ in a larger developing and manufacturing company.
5. You are proficient in French (C1) and English (C1), while German would be an asset (B1).
6. You have advanced IT knowledge of MS Office, CAQ, SPC, Statistics, ERP, and MS Project, and are familiar with WAMAS.
