Main role: • Help deploying the global Export sales channel go-to-market strategy in line with Laurastar vision and mission • Perform various data analysis to support commercial team in piloting business accurately • Provide assistance to Laurastar distributor’s network on various sales and marketing activities • Manage administrative and operational tasks for the Export department such as organization of internal/external meetings, sales/technical trainings, ad-hoc projects, etc • Support the Global Export Sales Director and Sales Managers in building privileged relationships with external business partners • Actively participate in the construction and maintenance of excellent communication and relationship among all Laurastar departments (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service Export, Quality, etc) • Be a true Laurastar brand ambassador Key Activities: • Write and monitor meeting minutes with agreed actions and next steps • Proactively update various monthly sales reports and dashboards • Perform data analysis at global channel, geographical and country level in addition to ad-hoc requests • Support Global Export Sales Director & Managers on specific requests and/or analysis • Price list management - products/accessories/spare parts • Liaise with other key departments, such as Marketing, Order Management or Technical Support, to ensure on-time answer to external partners requests • Follow-up on material shipments: marketing material, merchandising and cross-check with Export budget • Coordinate on-going communication to distributors: newsletters, digital live-events, e-mails, Whatsapp/Wechat groups, etc Technical Competencies: • Bachelor degree or equivalent • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and French, any other language is a plus • Proficient in modern IT tools and MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, etc…) • Strong analytical skills Soft skills: • Work philosophy in accordance with Laurastar’s DNA: o Have a creative and agile mindset - be resourceful to deliver results o Demonstrate ownership - be solution-oriented o Show respect and trust - cooperate & listen to other’s opinions • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills • Polyvalent, organized, sense of ownership and solution-oriented • Adaptability to work in a multi-cultural environment • Limited travel but can be asked Qualifications: • Proven experience as Sales assistant and Business analyst • Commercial exposure of Export distribution at international level • Knowledge of selective retail and high-end products category • Understanding of technical consumer’s good sector What Laurastar has to offer: • A Swiss family business with passionate teams • A dynamic, modern environnement • 2-day home office jid3adfc68a jit0415a jiy25a
