YOUR PROFILE
Essential technical skills:
1. Windows Server 2019/2022 (OS Basics, DFS, Cluster, DHCP, DNS, PKI…) – 5+ years of experience.
2. Active Directory (engineering level) – 5+ years of experience.
3. Server virtualization: VMware vSphere (most important) + Hyper-V – 5+ years of experience.
4. Scripting: PowerShell.
5. Knowledge of ITIL methodologies.
Additional assets:
1. Storage: NetApp.
2. Backup/DR: Veeam Backup & Replication (or any other VM-based backup solution).
3. Federated identity: SAML, ADFS, Okta.
4. Load balancing / SSL offloading: Netscaler or F5.
5. ITSM: ServiceNow.
6. Familiarity with ISO 27001 or CMMI standards.
7. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
8. Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
9. Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
10. Autonomous and self-driven.
11. Fluent in English and French.
