Main Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers and partners
2. Analyze, develop, and implement a strategic sales plan for the region and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results
3. Collaborate closely with peers to maximize synergies and drive sales efforts
4. Establish and maintain effective business relations aiming for maximized customer satisfaction
5. Evaluate processes and workflows to achieve targets within schedule
Requirements:
1. Graduate student with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Sales Engineering or similar field of study
2. First work experience in sales environment preferred, ideally within telecommunications
3. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced multinational team
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills
5. Proactive and target-driven team player mindset
Language requirements:
1. Fluent in German and English
