About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Solution Architect to lead the AI-driven digital transformation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This role will be pivotal in designing a scalable, secure, and high-performance AI integration that enhances business efficiency and customer insights.
As the technical leader, you will define the AI-CRM architecture, oversee integrations, ensure compliance, and collaborate with AI engineers, CRM developers, and IT security teams.
You will support the team in communication with non-technical customers, understand business requirements, and challenge them from a technical perspective.
Your background in .NET, Microsoft Azure AI, and CRM system integrations is key to this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement AI-driven solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Define the architecture for AI-powered features such as chatbots, automation, and predictive analytics.
* Oversee API integrations between CRM, AI services, and external data sources.
* Ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
Data & Security Governance
* Assess data readiness and quality for AI-powered CRM enhancements.
* Ensure GDPR, SOC2, and industry compliance for AI-driven data processing.
* Collaborate with IT Security teams to mitigate risks and enforce security best practices.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization & Development Oversight
* Guide the development of custom workflows, plugins, and automation using .NET/C#.
* Optimize Dynamics CRM data models, business logic, and user experience.
* Collaborate with CRM developers and AI engineers to ensure smooth implementation.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication
* Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and IT teams to align AI capabilities with business needs.
* Act as the technical advisor to senior leadership on AI-driven CRM improvements.
* Provide technical documentation and training to internal teams.
Education & Experience
7+ years in IT architecture, CRM solutions, and enterprise software development.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and customization.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML solutions and integrations, including Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Automate, and AI-driven analytics.
Expertise in .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and API development.
Technical Skills
Microsoft Dynamics 365 SDK and Power Platform knowledge.
Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, including Azure AI, Cognitive Services, and Logic Apps.
Security and compliance best practices, including OAuth, SAML, and GDPR compliance.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Languages
A good level of English is a must; French and German would be a benefit.
