Your key responsibilitiesIndependently prepare and review Swiss tax returns for employees of international client companies, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and optimizing tax positionsProvide day-to-day tax and mobility support, including advising on tax implications of international assignments, cross-border tax planning, and expatriate tax issuesLead and support client projects by taking on a wide range of tasks, such as conducting detailed tax briefings for clients, performing in-depth tax research, and preparing comprehensive reportsAct as the primary liaison with tax authorities, managing communications and negotiations to resolve tax issues and ensure complianceCoordinate and communicate effectively with global EY member firms to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment on international tax mattersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular interactions, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored tax advice and solutionsServe as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to optimize their tax positions and support their business objectivesFacilitate client meetings, presentations, and workshops to discuss tax strategies, updates, and project progress, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnershipsSkills and attributes for successA recognized diploma in Law, Economics or equivalent, with a good understanding of international mobility topics3-5 years of experience in a similar role Excellent organizational with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of efficiencyHigh degree of flexibility, adapt to changing client and stakeholders needs, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environmentKeen attention to detail, ensuring all work is completed with a commitment to high quality and accuracy, and adhering to professional standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and FrenchProactive team player with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with colleagues and clientsWhat we offer youAt EY, we'll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
