Programmatic Display Manager - Digital Media
Your role
In UBS Switzerland we are looking for a Programmatic Display Manager to join the new Digital Marketing Subchapter, which is part of the Marketing & Digital Sales Chapter. As a Programmatic Display Manager, you will lead and be responsible for managing, executing, and optimising programmatic display campaigns for UBS in the Swiss market. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to drive performance across various platforms. Your experience in managing programmatic advertising, combined with your strategic mindset, will help enhance our prospecting and retargeting efforts.
The role requires a strong passion for performance marketing, deep product knowledge (Google Marketing Platform, Adform, Adobe Analytics), a growth mindset and a strong analytical approach. Data driven digital campaigns are your core, and you get excited by ambitious growth targets and KPIs.
Responsibilities and mandate:
• Lead the development and execution of programmatic display advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
• Develop, implement, and optimise prospecting and retargeting strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Manage day-to-day display operations, including campaign setup, performance tracking, budget management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (paid search, social, creative) to integrate programmatic display with broader digital campaigns.
• Analyse data and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations for continuous optimisation.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge programmatic execution.
• Maintain commercial relationships with publishers, data providers, and technology partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Be part of the Digital Media team to drive the performance marketing agenda, meeting and exceeding ambitious acquisition goals across products.

As a Programmatic Display Manager, you will be working for our new Digital Marketing Subchapter, which is part of the Digital Sales Chapter.

Your expertise
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing, executing and strategizing programmatic advertising campaigns, within a large organization or agency
• strong understanding of prospecting and retargeting strategies within programmatic platforms but also widely across other channels
• proficiency in DSPs (DV360, Adobe DSP), ad servers (Adform), and other programmatic technologies such as Data Clean Rooms
• analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights across all digital media channels
• you are excellent in communicating/sharing findings to relevant stakeholders and can simplify the complex world of digital marketing
• let data-driven insights dictate campaign optimization and strive to run an always on testing program on assets, campaigns, creatives and web journeys together with stakeholders
• technically savvy understanding tag management, tracking and what the deprecation of cookies means for paid media
• understand attribution and different conversion windows across platforms, and the role this plays in reporting and media planning
• experience with financial services or regulated industries is a plus
• familiarity with advanced targeting techniques, including audience segmentation and dynamic creative optimisation
• you are willing and able to primarily work from our office in Zurich
