Client Account Manager WM APAC Switzerland - Team China (80-100%)

Your role
• support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties
• manage daily business in HNW client servicing and provide high quality service
• be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
• be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
• manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting
• perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes, e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
• support client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetings
Your team
You'll be working in the Client Service Team (CST) HNW China team in Zurich. As Client Account Manager you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
Your expertise
• financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
• unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
• team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
• works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
• fluency in English & Chinese language is a must
