Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Greece.
About the Role:
You will work with our Customer Experts team for a leading Swiss Telecommunications provider, providing customer support services for one of the biggest Swiss companies specialized in telecommunications.
You will communicate in German with customers from Switzerland, providing solutions to network and other problems that they face.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
* Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
* Fluency in German
* Good knowledge of English
* Computer knowledge
