We are looking for an intern for our events department, from March/April 2025 (for 6 months).
The ideal candidate is a recent alumni or final year student of one of the SEG schools, who is motivated to join a dynamic team dedicated to organising high-quality events and visits for prospective students, parents and other parties on our 5 campuses.
The candidate we are looking for has good communication skills, a service mindset, and enjoys working in a multicultural environment, welcoming students and customers from around the globe.
Key Responsibilities: Organize individual school visits: drive visitors to our schools, conduct campus tours, organize counseling meetings, and arrange meals with students.
Assist with Open Days and other events: register participants, prepare welcome packages, welcome groups, give campus tours, and ensure that participants get all relevant information about our study programs.
Communicate and coordinate between prospective students, agents, sales managers, and the teams in the schools.
Requirements: Hospitality and/or events education background.
At least 1 year of work experience within an international environment.
Valid driving license (to drive visitors with the company car).
English proficiency is a must; any other language is a plus.
Good communication skills (oral & written) & customer-centric mindset.
A can-do attitude, open-minded, dynamic & flexible.
Swiss or European national or valid work permit.
