Job Description:
The Inside Sales Representative's main tasks are:
* Enters transportation agreements with customers
* Books standard/special products, ensuring profitability
* Provides quotations considering pricing rules and upselling
* Advises customers on transport solutions in coordination with sales/handling teams
* Manages accounts and easySales
* Oversees LTC bookings and allocation performance
* Assists in acquiring new accounts and business
* Supports sales team in achieving revenue/tonnage goals
* Joins sales visits as needed
* Shares market insights with sales and management
* Handles charter requests with Network-on-Demand team
* Manages account data in CRM, updating stakeholders
* Promotes eChannel usage and follows up Spot Quotes
* Acts as customer touchpoint for claims/complaints, promoting eClaims
* Participates in local sales events

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:
* High school diploma/GED is required
* 1-2 years cargo experience or equivalent
* Fluent written and spoken English language skills
* Industry knowledge (Airfreight, Logistics, Transportation, Sales) is required
* Advanced IT knowledge, preferably including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
