We're seeking a high-performing Account Executive to expand our European presence and contribute to our growth journey.
This role requires strong SaaS sales experience, an established network in key industries, and the ability to engage C-suite executives and drive revenue growth for cutting-edge AI solutions.
Main Responsibilities
1. Full-cycle sales – from prospecting to closing deals and generating ARR
2. Engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in enterprise accounts
3. Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales approach for large organizations
4. Deliver compelling AI-powered product demos that address client needs
5. Craft high-value proposals and negotiations aligned with customer pain points
6. Leverage professional networks to connect with key stakeholders
7. Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and hit revenue targets
8. Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
9. Stay ahead of GenAI advancements and evolving market trends
Requirements
1. Strong network in at least one key industry (Discrete Manufacturing, Medical Equipment, or Energy & Utilities)
2. Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
3. Experience selling GenAI solutions or other advanced technologies
4. Ability to navigate and win large accounts (€1B+ revenue)
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-suite executives
6. Fluent in English and German (C1/C2 level, written and verbal)
7. Resilient and entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in fast-moving environments
8. CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
1. 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience
2. Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
3. Experience with consultative selling methodologies
4. Understanding of technical implementation processes
