We are seeking a sales professional to join our team at DHL Express (Schweiz) AG in Regensdorf.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will manage a portfolio of approximately 500 SME companies, responsible for around CHF 2 million in sales, through various communication channels including phone, video calls, and messaging apps.
* Your role involves developing the activity of your portfolio and implementing strategies to retain and acquire new customers.
* You will work closely with our Lead Qualification department to identify potential leads and convert them into new business opportunities.
* You will ensure that existing customer agreements align with our tariff and volume policies.
* You will collaborate with our Field Sales Channel to identify larger business opportunities within your portfolio.
Requirements:
* A minimum of one year's experience in sales, either through training or as a full-time employee.
* Fluency in German and English (French is an asset).
* Pronounced communication and negotiation skills, underpinned by a consultant approach.
* Excellent customer service orientation, with a strong focus on quality awareness.
* You should be autonomous, with strong organizational and self-discipline skills.
* A team player, comfortable working in an international environment.
* An interest in logistics and transportation is essential.
* You should be proficient in virtual communication tools such as Skype, Teams, Zoom, and Loom.
