Your Role
* Support the implementation of the Private Banking marketing strategy across key markets, ensuring consistent positioning of our business and service offering;
* Collaborate with regional market heads and bankers to understand local client needs and market dynamics, providing strategic marketing support to enhance client engagement and business development.
* Lead and contribute to key marketing initiatives, including client segmentation, value proposition development, digital campaigns, and targeted client communication and tools. Work closely with internal teams across events, PR, advertising, sponsorships, and digital marketing to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
* Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and strengthen awareness of our Private Banking expertise.
Your Profile
* Solid education in marketing;
* At least 8 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on HNWIs;
* Background in banking, preferably private banking or asset management;
* Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns;
* Experience and strong interest in digital marketing and innovative client engagement;
* Entrepreneurial spirit and able to understand client needs;
* Able to communicate effectively at all levels;
* Fluent in French and English;
* Multi-tasking capabilities, with a high degree of flexibility and independence;
* Swiss domicile.
