Software Engineer .Net / Angular in the public sector (80-100%)

In this role your main challenges will be the following:
* You will be responsible for setting up and integrating digital portals and services for citizens.
* You will participate in the design, development and maintenance of these solutions, improving access to and efficiency of public services.
* Analyzing requirements, writing technical specifications, and carrying out unit and integration tests.
* As a major player in the eGov field in Switzerland, we work with public bodies (federal departments, cantons, municipalities, etc.) to transform the landscape of public services through efficient and innovative solutions.

What you bring:
* A degree in computer science, software engineering or an equivalent educational background.
* Proven experience (3-5 years) in .Net and Angular development (versions 9+).
* Additional skills in databases, web services (REST/SOAP), or other front-end/back-end frameworks would be a plus.
* Knowledge of best practices in systems development and integration and interest in e-government and public service issues.
* Autonomy, organizational skills and ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
* Knowledge of German (minimum level B2). Your personality is enterprising, caring and pragmatic.
Hardfacts:
* You may choose if you want to work from our office in Fribourg or Berne.
* Occupation: 80% or more.
