We are seeking a driven and committed individual to join our team as a Customer Office Member at our Swiss Hub. This role offers the chance to serve society and support criminal justice systems through the smart use of electronic monitoring (EM), a core and growing feature of progressive criminal justice systems worldwide.
Buddi SA is a leading provider of offender management and electronic monitoring technology and services, used by justice authorities and police forces on five continents. We are excited to be building a support hub in Switzerland to better serve our Swiss and European customers.
Responsibilities
* Provide Smart Help Desk Services: Offer technical support to Swiss cantonal users of Buddi EM software and devices.
* Manage Stock: Ensure users have access to the right devices at the right time by managing stock in Switzerland.
* Design and Deliver Training: Develop and deliver training to enhance competency in the application of Buddi software.
* Support Day-to-Day Operations: Assist with service level monitoring and reporting, invoicing process, occasional audits, and more.
* Advocate for EM Vision: Support the Head of Swiss EM in promoting and advancing the EM vision within Switzerland.
* Support Unrelated Activities: Assist with activities outside of Switzerland as requested.
Qualifications
* Eligibility to Work in Switzerland: Possess necessary documents to work in Switzerland.
* Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken German and/or Italian.
* Organizational Skills: Bring structure and organization to your work.
* Critical Thinking: Demonstrate an agile, can-do, proactive way of working.

Additional Information
* Working Hours: 42-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
* Location: Lausanne office based.
