WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
Logistics is your passion, and you are fascinated by a vibrant retail environment. You view logistics from the perspective of our customers: as a service in action.
1. You have a background in logistics or business administration, and previous experience in the logistics-retail sector.
2. You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and analytical skills.
3. You have excellent computer skills and passion for IT tools. Especially Excel has no secret for you.
4. You are resilient and known for your quick grasp of concepts, as well as your ability to think tactically and operationally.
5. You can express yourself confidently in Local language and English (at least C1 level).
6. Your communication skills are strong, and you can build trust across functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Engage in operational forecasting within the unit. Actively monitor and highlight deviations to maintain high-quality operational forecasts.
2. Maintain accurate inventory levels through proactive monitoring and necessary interventions.
3. Work with sales team to ensure product availability and minimize impact on customers and reduce cost.
4. Create follow-ups and secure accurate reporting of service KPI's.
5. Maximize operational efficiency, drive improvements, and develop new ways of working.
