Job Description:
For one of our clients, a software company in Geneva, we are looking for an Executive Assistant (m/w) to their CEO.
Your responsibilities:
1. Ensure the CEO’s day-to-day operations
2. Travel and meeting coordination
3. Administrative support such as preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
4. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and requests
5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination
6. Project management including research, data analysis, and report preparation
7. Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external parties
8. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
Your profile:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field preferred
2. Excellent communication skills in both English and French, German is a plus
3. Previous experience in assisting a CEO in a large multinational ideally within the financial services industry
4. Possess exceptional communication and multitasking skills
5. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
