Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Inquiry Response: Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding products, services, general information, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Customer Interaction Recording: Accurately record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company to ensure satisfaction.
* Difficult Situation Handling: Utilize approved scripts to handle challenging customer situations and escalate them to senior staff if necessary.
* Knowledge Updates: Regularly meet with sales leads to receive the latest product and service knowledge.
* Customer Feedback Analysis: Identify patterns in customer complaints and present findings to the team to drive improvements.
Requirements:
* Previous Experience: Proven work history in a customer-facing role.
* Education: High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent.
* Communication Skills: Demonstrated strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
