YOUR IMPACT
As a Container Charges Analyst, you will:
Analyse Container Rental collection trends and suggest ways to improve profitability to relevant stakeholders.
Simulate net results for new or modified services and present them to Liners.
Maintain direct contact with Worldwide Logistics teams and report any discrepancies, proposals, and crucial business information to the Container Charges Manager.
Study solutions for increasing profits and decreasing costs, including Storage, Plug-in, and Monitoring tariffs (costs and revenues).
Benchmark Mediterranean Shipping Company and competition’s tariffs.
Work closely with the team in Greece.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Type of required knowledge:
Degree in Finance or Business Management or alternatively Maritime background.
Shipping acumen is a strong asset.
Knowledge of OneVision Headquarters modules and Transportation Management System modules such as Tariff Search, Customer Registration.
Knowledge of Data Information and Maritime Freight Tariff Calculation.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Type and length of experience required for the position:
Strong contract analysis.
In-house experience.
Experience with Electronic Data Interchange.
