Overview
We are a dynamically operating company in a growing environment. In order to remain competitive, we have launched a strategic project to analyze and harmonize our business processes along the value chain and align our system landscape accordingly. For the implementation, we are looking for an experienced person to support us as SAP Project Manager in the harmonization of our processes and the global rollout of our SAP system.
Responsibilities
Leading and managing complex projects with a focus on the harmonization of global processes and their implementation/rollout.
Supporting the development and implementation of a standardized process landscape in close cooperation with the respective departments.
Coordinating interfaces and clarifying requirements between departments and projects.
Monitoring and reporting on project progress to Group management and relevant stakeholders.
Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams.
Supporting the process owners in defining the processes and creating the specifications for SW integration into the system landscape.
Implementation of change management activities to ensure a smooth introduction and acceptance of the new processes and systems/system adaptations.
Minimum Requirements
Several years of proven experience as a project manager or program manager, ideally in an international environment.
In-depth understanding of business processes (E2E) and their optimization through SAP solutions, ideally in the mechanical or plant engineering sector of larger companies.
Experience with the introduction/migration/consolidation of ERP systems (SAP).
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Willingness to travel up to approx. 20% of the time.
