Our client, with over 30 years of expertise, is a well-established Swiss company specializing in network solutions and IT services. They focus on high-speed connectivity, offering a range of advanced solutions such as WiFi, IoT, digital TV, IP backbones, storage, backup, recovery solutions, and network security.
Your task
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to propose customized network solutions.
* Actively prospect for new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
* Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions, even outside the standard offerings.
* Represent the company in the Swiss-German region, attending on-site client meetings.
* Drive business development initiatives, especially within Swiss telecom, IT, and industrial sectors.
* Engage in continuous client feedback to refine and expand service offerings in collaboration with partners like CISCO and Nokia.
Your profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the Swiss IT or telecom industry.
* Fluent in German (C1/C2) and Swiss German (ideally at least some understanding/knowledge); English at C1 level; French is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CISCO, Nokia, or Huawei certifications are advantageous.
* Background in IT or telecom, preferably with experience working for service providers.
* Strong understanding of the Swiss market, particularly with SME clients.
* Proven ability to listen to client needs and develop tailored solutions creatively.
* Sociable, flexible, and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.
