Your responsibilitiesIn this role within the Business Unit Hydraulics, you will lead and coordinate Lean projects in the assembly of axial piston pumps and motors, as well as in administrative areasYou will conduct Lean training sessions, workshops, and coaching programsYou will implement standards and Lean methodologies such as 5S, VSM, SMED, Kaizen, and Poka Yoke within the Business UnitYou will be responsible for executing, supporting, and monitoring Lean activities while actively fostering a Lean culture within the Business UnitYou will work closely with Value Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Assembly teams, promoting interdisciplinary collaborationYou will evaluate the effectiveness of implemented measures, ensure their success through controlling and key performance indicators, and prepare well-founded reports for management meetingsYou will be responsible for the introduction and continuous development of Shopfloor Management, Hoshin Kanri, and related methodologiesYour profileYou have successfully completed a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field. Ideally, you have a prior technical vocational training backgroundYou have extensive knowledge of Lean principles and methods, particularly Shopfloor Management, VSM, 5S, Continuous Improvement and SMEDYou hold a Lean Management qualification, such as Lean Six Sigma Green or Black BeltYou are willing to travel nationally and internationally and demonstrate strong intercultural competenceYou have a quick grasp of complex issues, strong analytical thinking skills and excellent communication abilitiesYou stand out for your teamwork skills, exceptional ambition and high willingness to learn, which you combine with a hands-on mentalityYou are fluent in German and English; French language skills are an advantageOur offerCan we inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
