We are seeking a motivated and energetic Cold Caller to reach out to homeowners, qualify leads, and support our acquisitions team. This position involves outbound calls, lead prequalification, and CRM management. The ideal candidate enjoys talking to people, is comfortable handling objections, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. Compensation: $40,000 at plan commission (includes $15,000 at base + excellent commission potential) Responsibilities Make outbound calls to homeowners who may be interested in selling their property Follow a script to initiate conversations and build rapport with property owners Prequalify leads by gathering information on the homeowner’s motivation, property condition, and price expectations Schedule follow-ups and set appointments for the acquisitions team Update CRM software with lead details, call notes, and status updates Meet daily and weekly performance goals for call volume and lead conversion Qualifications Fluent in English, both spoken and written Previous experience in real estate cold calling, sales, or telemarketing preferred Strong ability to handle objections and build rapport over the phone Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls Familiarity with CRM tools such as Podio, Salesforce, or REI BlackBook is a plus Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently About Closify Offers Inc.
