Marketing Coordinator Role
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department's initiatives with planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (both physical and digital) and events. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and project management skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
* Coordinate key opinion leader (KOL) management and medical education
* Support invoice processing and budgetary items
* Collaborate on executing digital marketing campaigns with the Digital Marketing lead
* Track and report on marketing campaign performance with the Digital Marketing lead
* Contribute to developing and designing marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, infographics, and presentations
* Coordinate marketing events, including logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-up
* Rout external requests related to advertising and digital asset usage
* Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance assets and materials for external promotion
* Support day-to-day projects as needed, occasionally assisting with marketing intelligence and benchmarking
* Champion business values by committing, collaborating, and creating with the team
* Perform other duties or special projects as required
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
* Fluent English is mandatory; German and French are an asset
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Prior experience working in high-performing marketing organizations and sales teams in a medical device company (B2B)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Medcompli, COUPA)
* Excellent organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
* Experience engaging high-level external stakeholders (HCP, KOL)
* Proficient in document control systems (Microsoft SharePoint, Oracle Agile PLM)
* Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
