Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
* Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
* Manages global statutory financial reporting and audit orchestration by leveraging software and/or other tools. Periodically reports global statutory audit status to the Company’s senior financial leadership.
* Reviews and approves team’s calculations of the Company’s various tax obligations, including but not limited to VAT, tax withholding, etc. by correctly applying statutory tax laws.
* Serve as the primary point of contact with the Corporate Tax team on matters related to income taxes for operating locations in responsible legal entities.
* Where applicable, advise Company senior leadership on how to position results to take full advantage of tax benefits to which it is entitled.
* Conforms presentation of all tax and financial obligations to regulatory standards by ensuring accuracy and completeness of filings and timely acceptance of such by regulatory authorities.
* Manages team members responsible for payroll tax and contribution calculations, including but not limited to payroll state tax, social security contributions, employees housing fund, retirement contributions, among other calculations.
* Actively interface with, manage, and support Switzerland board activities and maintain vigilant oversight of the financial trends of the Company’s maquila structure.
* Collaborates with Corporate Legal team in support of Switzerland and Netherland legal entity maintenance, inclusive of statutory requirements.
* Apply and execute repatriation and/or transfer pricing strategies as developed by the Company’s internal Corporate Tax, Treasury, and Accounting senior leaders.
* Effectively engage and manage relationships with certain independent professional services firms and advisors (i.e., legal, accounting, and banking) used in preparation of accounting records and analyses for responsible legal entities.
* Responsible for reviewing internal consolidated financial reports and reviewing the underlying data supporting the financial statements, including maintaining statutory accounting records for responsible legal entities, with primary focus on Switzerland, Netherlands, Israel, and Ireland.
* Manage relationship and communications with the Company’s external statutory accounting auditor(s) during the statutory audit process for responsible legal entities and leverage cross-functional teams as necessary to support and complete the audit in required statutory deadlines.
* Approves journal entries to record taxes and contributions.
* Performs, reviews, and/or approves certain general ledger accounting journal entries and reconciliations for accounts within responsible legal entities.
* Manages and/or prepares statutory accounting records for the Company’s operations in responsible legal entities.
* Maintain compliance with policies and settings within multiple financial reporting system framework.
* Review various accounting reports, schedules and analyses which support business decisions.
* Responsible for maintaining standard trial balances and/or sub ledgers, making proper general ledger accruals and entries, and interpreting reports containing financial information.
* Research and analyze general ledger accounts to provide answers to accounting related inquiries.
* Prepares, owns, and delivers summary feedback to senior leadership of responsible statutory financial statements, compliance filings and/or other achievements.
* Review source documents as required to make appropriate accounting determinations.
* Supports any local implementation of relevant ERP software, upgrades and/or supporting business processes and procedures for responsible legal entities.
* Hires, trains, disciplines, and appraises staff performance. Approve timesheets and Associate PTO requests to ensure adequate staffing.
* Processes and communicates annual performance evaluations, bonus and merit planning for direct reports.
* Manages and achieves compliance with internal control policies and procedures in a SOX environment.
* Performs other duties as required.
Education & Experience:
* Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred.
* Minimum Experience:
o 5+ years accounting experience; public accounting experience strongly preferred.
o 3+ years management experience preferred.
o Experience in large ERP manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
o Experience in a multi-national organization preferred.
o Experience within a maquiladora environment strongly preferred.

o Fluency in multiple languages is not required, but is strongly preferred.

* Specialized Knowledge:
