Conduct relevant Manufacturing Engineering task with or without supervision.Provide daily support to manufacturing operations and related support teams in order to assure technically correct manufacturing and product flow, thereby assuring the necessary quality, OTD, and production costsWork cross-functionally with operations, quality, design engineering, and other teams to define manufacturing work instructions, equipment, tools, materials, and trainingEstablish standard work practices across manufacturing and eliminate waste to increase productivityDevelop and verify new jigs, tooling, equipment, parts, and processes to meet requirementsLead automatization activities to ramp-up manufacturing capabilitySupport processes and product continuous improvements to deliver in line with customer quality, cost, and demand.Utilize project management techniques / tools to meet cost, technical, and schedule requirements.Write technical documentation, project related deliverable and other specifications related to his field of work.Work package / Task Manager. Report to technical lead budget and milestone. Raise awareness on risk and blocking points.Participate in NRBs (Non-Conformance Review Board) according to the NC process. Secure measures for root cause analyses, corrective and preventive measuresProactively support and coach the production technicians through frontline support utilizing an integrated project team approach; provide training material (both software and hardware) as needed.
